Russell Brand as E.B - A young adult rabbit and the main protagonist who speaks with a British accent who would rather be a drummer than be the next Easter Bunny. He becomes Co-Easter Bunny at the end of the film.

Django Marsh as Young E.B

Hugh Laurie as E.B's Dad - The current Easter Bunny who wants E.B to follow in his footsteps. At the end of the film he makes E.B. and Fred Co-Easter Bunnies.

Hank Azaria as Carlos and Phil - Carlos - The main antagonist and the leader and the largest of The Easter Chicks who speaks with a Spanish accent who has grown tired of always being The Easter Bunny's Number 2 and decides to led a coup e'tat so that Easter Chicks will be in charge of Easter instead of The Easter Bunny. At the end of the film he becomes one of the chicks pulling The Easter Bunny's egg sleigh.

Phil - Carlos's music loving sidekick. At the end of the film he becomes one of the chicks pulling The Easter Bunny's egg sleigh.

Janet Healy as The Pink Berets (Fluffy, Patch and Bit) - A trio of royal guard rabbit ninjas sent out to find E.B.

John Cohen as other chicks and other rabbits.
